Sessions with Judy


Private Sessions are approximately 1 hour in length. The first session may last up to 15 minutes longer, at no additional cost. The cost is $80 per session. Judy always taps with the client, and the client repeats after Judy the set-up statements and tapping statements. No experience is necessary, and the process can be learned very quickly. The beauty of EFT is that the client can then practice at home and can achieve amazing results using the technique for self-healing outside of session. Mastery of EFT gives the client a powerful tool to use to create emotional freedom for life.

The benefit of working with Judy in private sessions is that because she is a trained therapist, she has skills that she draws upon to get to core issues quickly. She is proficient in teaching EFT, and wants her clients to be able to use EFT for life. Because she has experience working with mental health clients, she knows when her clients are “triggered” and can use her skills and training to help her clients avoid psychological pain. EFT does not require the client to “go back to the past and re-experience the pain”. Instead, with EFT, the process of releasing events of the past is a much more gentle approach, and the results are more profound. EFT does not erase the memory of the past, but it does neutralize the negative emotions associated with the past, which is extremely freeing.

Telephone Sessions are also $80 per session and last one hour. They can generally be scheduled on short notice (usually within 24 hours) while the client is in need. In order to do private sessions by telephone, the client must have already completed at least one face-to-face private session. Half-hour telephone sessions are also available for $40. Tapping is done in the same manner as in face-to-face sessions, and Judy always states which tapping points to use. Each client will be given a “tapping chart” to follow.

Group Sessions are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The cost is $20 per session. Group therapy is geared toward “borrowing benefits”: Individuals tap along together in the session, and remarkable results are obtained. Group members benefit by drawing parallels with other members’ issues, triggering some of their own as well. With synergy, the sky is the limit as to the healing benefits of tapping in group sessions. This is an “open group”; members may join at any time and it is not necessary to attend every session.

Telephone sessions: Pay in advance on Judy’s website with PayPal.

Cancellation Policy: Please let Judy know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. There is a grace period of one “no-show”; additional late cancellations will be billed at $40.00.
